This was an excellent hotel. The next time I am in Saigon, I will definitely stay at the Windsor Plaza hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast on the 25th floor, especially the Pho and the eggs florentine were delicious and the evening snacks in the executive lounge on the 24th floor were excellent. This hotel even helped me book train tickets and then helped me change those tickets when I had some problems due to typhoon in the central coast!!!

We had booked on the executive level. It was well worth the extra cost. The executive lounge is very comfortable as well as providing above average snacks. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the roof top buffet breakfast as well as the food which suited our western palate a little better than the downstairs buffet. The spa treatments were outstanding & we were offered a 30% discount which made it very reasonable. No wi fi in the room was definitely the downside. They tell us it is coming soon. Location next to An Dong markets is very good. The hourly courtesy shuttle bus is excellent however the distance from district 1 is not so convenient as we found interactions with taxi drivers usually unpleasant. How did the doorman manage to get us the same taxi driver twice especially as he took the longest roundabout route & still asked for extra payment? Overall we were very happy with Windsor plaza & would definitely come again.

Stayed at this hotel for three days with a friend prior to getting on one of the Mekong river boats. In all honesty we did not spend that much time at the hotel other than to sleep so I have not tried all of its facilities - but the hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Friendly and helpful staff (then again everyone we met in this fantastic country were incredibly friendly), very clean and spacious rooms with decent beds.

The location is not the best perhaps, but there is a shuttle bus that will take you straight to BenThanh market and you won't have any trouble finding a taxi if you would prefer that. We ate out the entire time so can't comment on the food at the hotel, but there are plenty of nice places to eat close by. The roof top swimmingpool was nice too - great view! Went up there to cool off after an evening out and we were the only ones there.

All in all a great stay, I would certainly consider staying at Windsor Plaza again.

It was our first time to visit Ho Chi Min and this time we are on a group tour.
The hotel is very nice, clean and with big rooms. It is located next to a shopping mall and a grocery store. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet and dinner offered a wide selection of local and international cuisine which we enjoyed very much

Wow, what a great hotel. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, a well appointed (as the name might imply) suite which we really loved. We also ate at the excellent "top of the town' restuarant in the hotel where the meal, wine and ambience was really good. All quite affordable as well. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for those looking for good quality accommodation where a high grade suite is available at about the same price as a reasonable Australian capital city hotel. Couldnt fault the place at all. We felt a bit like VIPs actually and were treated accordingly. Worth the extra fee ($100 extra a night for the upgrade).

Room tip: We had the Presidential Suite after being offered the upgrade at a reaonable fee. We recommend it.
