I booked this show last minute when I saw the flyer and talked to a lady at the Saigon post office. I had no real expectation but thought it could be interesting to see a local show on my last night in Vietnam's capital city..and I ended up being mesmerised and in owe in front of these amazing acrobats. Their way to use bamboo and picture scenes of their daily lives was just mind blowing. The hour of show passed by too quickly!!

We booked this show when we went to War remnant museum. It was very convenient to buy the tickets, since AO strategically placed their ticket selling booth in attraction spots in HCMC. We got there at 5.45pm, for 6pm show. They served nice cold green tea and chamomile ginger tea before the show. We all loved the show, it lasted 1 hour. I have 13 and 9yo boys, they were amazed with the show. They totally enjoy the experience of the opera house. Highly recommended if you are visiting the city.

The circus like performance was lifted by excellent choreography. Beautiful and innovative , a good choice if you like performances on stage. Wish it had greater emphasis on dance....

I booked this show on the day by popping in to the Opera House. The young lady was very generous by upgrading me to one of the top (wow) seats for the same price as the (ahh) price. This show is a one hour demonstration of gymnastic and acrobatic brilliance perform by exceedingly fit and enthusiastic young people, whilst incorporating traditional bamboo and baskets. The music is performed live and is inspiring and provocative. The show relays the story of Vietnamese culture, it's people and how they live, the importance of teamwork for the common good of all and the modern Vietnam. There is comic relief in parts and you will be holding your breath in parts. If you don't enjoy this show, check to see if you still have a pulse. It is not Cirque de soleill and it doesn't profess to be. A great night out!

A joy to watch the performers through the whole presentation. There was a lot of energy and artistry. The synchrony of the performers working together was wonderful to see. You must go there.
