We were traveling around and stayed at the Signature hotel for a total of 8 days in a 15 day tour which took us to Chau Doc, Phnom Penh and Ving Tau on the coast. The hotel very kindly held on to our heavy cases so that we could travel light. Ryan and the staff at the reception desk were top notch,in fact the porters, room attendants and restaurant staff were all exceptional. Nothing was too much and their smiles said it all and we're not the kind of people who give praise for no reason at all. The rooms were functional, the bed firm and the bathroom sufficiently roomy. The wifi worked well and each room had a courtesy desktop PC which was a real bonus. The Breakfast room is compact but nice. The buffet breakfast couldn't be questioned with a great range of Asian and European food items available. We stayed at the Signature three times and each time we were received back as if were long lost relatives. We couldn't have asked for more and nor would we hesitate in recommending this lovely hotel to others.

Room Tip: Best to have a room not facing street.

We spent the last 2 nights of our Vietnam holiday here. From the moment we checked in to the checkout staff went out of their way to be of assistance. We had adjoining rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2kids. We found the rooms to be of adequate size, super clean and well appointed.
Breakfast was excellent with so many options.
linen was pristine white
Aircon excellent
Location great
arranged airport transfers via email before arrival and they were quickly answered.

This is what we would expect of a 5 star in our home town!

will be back and will recommend to all our friends
Thank you

Room Tip: we were in 505/ 506 and the rooms were quiet

I mistakenly booked a room without a window, but this wasn't an issue as there was adequate light from the window in the bathroom and the room was lovely, with complimentary fruit and PC access. The facilities, the staff and the breakfast were all excellent and the location was good for exploring the city. I accidently triggered the alarm in the room safe and someone came to reset it immediately. The area around the hotel is interesting and the fine art museum across the road is definitely worth visiting.

If you are wondering if it's worth booking in this hotel the answer is look no further. We stayed there for two nights and wished we could have stayed even longer. Our room was on the eighth floor and was bright, clean and quiet. A large window overlooked the rooftops of HCMC. The staff great, helpful and attentive. So much so that just arrived helped us to recover many as 800,000 dong a dishonest taxi driver we had 'tapped' into believing that this was the standard price of the ride from the airport! (The real cost is costs about 160,000 dong). Even the
location is perfect, 5 minutes from Ben Thanh market and many other tourist
attractions of the city. So for us it was the perfect choice.
