“Good sense of history”
Reviewed March 9, 2013

The architecture clearly identified the time of building and set the scene for the impact of the civil war. A worthwhile tour.

“A historical building”
Reviewed March 9, 2013

The most important building of the city not for its architecture.
It was the residence of the President of South Vietnam when the North Vietnamese army got inside and thus The War officially ended.I liked the basement the most where the headquarters were and many offices with old thelecommunication devices.

“Excellent”
Reviewed March 7, 2013

The Palace is definitely worth a visit, not only for a historical point of view , but to view the interior design for that time. On the historical point, the palace is where the Vietnam war ended, the history of the palace and its contents have been preserved to show that war is futile, and does not accomplish any positive outcome.

“Mad men meets Vietnam time capsule”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

I love design and so really enjoyed the 'stopped in time' aesthetic of the Palace. The basement 'war rooms' are interesting too and the exhibit they have downstairs is informative.
