Owner description: This fascinating government building, significant for its role in the Vietnam conflict, is preserved almost exactly as it was in 1966.

Nice to see but no major frills. The history was interesting. The crowds not so fun. Bunkers in the basement not so fun and really warm..

Come here if have no other places to go. The building is still being used for official function. Nice building but poor furniture and nothing much they can show you as the furniture is being use since late 60's early 70's. I understand the age but there a ways to preserve it at best. Nothing much to see inside. But go the upper level to enjoy nice view facing city. Nice for photo taking.

Here you can see part of vietnam history. If you never read about this place history bfore, maybe you should come with a tour guide otherwise you won't understand the story the palace has

The building looks gd from outside but there is nothing really much inside. Just showcasing some of the rooms that the president use. Ok to skip this.

The "palace" itself is just a nice fancy office building that was the seat of the South Vietnamese President until the overthrow in 1975. Very little of interest inside. They do have replicas of the two tanks that stormed the palace, but they are not the originals, just repainted same models. You can really see everything from the outside.
