Hotel's location is fantastic. its walking distance most shopping locations, harbour and some othe areas of interest. Nothing much is great about the hotel. Food was very ordinary and no variety for breakfast. Unless you like authentic vietnamese/chinese food, you'll have to survive on bacon and eggs.

And.... the lifts... OMG!!!! never seen such small and slow lifts ever before. Takes ages to reach a floor and only four can fit in.

Its clean and well maintained. But not upto 4 star leve.

We had a cosy room and it was clean and spacious however there are no windows or natural light so we had no idea of time or weather.
I would suggest not getting one of these rooms if you are staying here for a while. Breakfast on level 11 was nice and service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Location, location, location. Only 10 mins to markets and walking distance to all land marks!

Room was ok with price i've paid... love the location, heart of district one.... Some staffs were helpful, some really not. Their internal communication and guests' reaction should be improved.. Breakfast was good...Been there 2 times and im ok to recommend friends. For me, myself im looking for another place next time

This hotel deserves robe. 4 stars. Modern, clean and excellent located, not to far from the Rex hotel and cathedral. walking distance from the market.

Rooms are clean, the Oscar type doesn't have window but it is very calm . The superior and deluxe thyme have windows and good views if they are on the 7th floor and above but a little noisy at night.

The buffet breakfast on the 11th floor has great views and a large choice.

Lots of rooms without windows not indicated in advertising materials. Bathroom doesn't even fit 1 person . Main receptionist, steel faced n uncooperative. No special treatment for long time stayed guests. Monotonous n boring breakfasts. Lousy coffee n watered juice. Air con intermittent. Mini fridge heating up badly. Ancient key operated security safe.

The rooms were clean and sufficient. Breakfast was adequate but not given the selection of
hotels in Vietnam offered, no brown or whole wheat bread also no ham or cheese available. Went up for evening meal only to find that they hadn't even turned the air cons on in restaurant and it was so hot that we decided to go elsewhere. When we questioned this we were told that they only turn them when they receive customers! No logic in that as no-one wants to arrive to a restaurant which is like a hot house. Such a shame as the position on top floor with views is lovely! The corridors are also air conditioning free and really hot, louver windows letting in the heat don't help either!
The water pressure is very poor and only got a trickling shower at best of times.
The staff were courteous but perhaps need to improve on their English.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our trip to Vietnam. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to attractions and with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms were a good size but the bathrooms were quite small. The hotel was very clean and the staff were plea sent and service was excellent. The breakfast was adequate with something for everyone.
