Best service with extremely genuinely helpful staff..congrats on that.
Becareful what room..some open into central bar area and the noise cones into rooms.
Only negative is restaurant on ground floor is quite small and they struggle with that at breakfast.
Nice lobby coffee shop
Location is right where you need to be.

I've stayed here a number of times over the past two years. The rooms have always been clean, the food delicious, and the staff friendly. The location is central and the pool on top of the building is great.

This was the last stop on my trip and it was wonderful. The hotel is right on the Saigon river; a great location. I walked all over the city, it was about 15-20 minute walk from Ben Thanh Market and maybe 25 minutes from backpackers area.

Checked in as a Marriott Rewards member and it was worth it. It was free so I suggest it. I got 50% drink coupons and free wifi.

The rooms were slightly dated but it didn't take away from the rooms. The beds were really comfortable and the pool was pretty. It was on the roof and a great view. I used the showers in locker room and they were clean with many towels provided.

The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. I had drinks at the bar and the women were friendly and polite.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in total, returning for a night after a trip north. The hotel is very conveniently located for the central tourist area in Ho Chi Minh City. It was a perfect hotel for a business trip, with fast broadband connections, good taxi connections and very helpful staff. Our standard room was perfectly fine and the bed amazingly comfortable, but our room was a bit dowdy and possibly in need of updating. Pluses were the excellent swimming pool on the roof and the views down to the river from the pool area, as well as the very good breakfast. The hotel gets quite busy with tour groups, however, and breakfast can be quite hectic. We were disappointed by the Atrium Lounge where we has an expensive drink due to its lack of atmosphere (I guess all the action was on the Executive Floor).

This hotel is situated beside the river. We had a room on a high floor and really enjoyed being able to watch people moving around the city from our window. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff members were efficient and helpful. The lobby area is small and gets a bit congested but that didn't impact on our stay.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while on business in Ho Chi Minh city. From the first impression - pick up at the airport - the service was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was professional, polite and unobtrusive as they went about their duties.

The room, a riverside view room, was spacious and had everything required, and more. Free wifi is available in the public areas, and also in your room if you are a Marriott program member (and you can join for free at check-in). For the first day however, I did struggle to pick up the wifi in my room - it was fine after that.
There's complimentary drinking water provided daily, and in addition to the usual kettle for hot drinks, an espresso coffee machine that makes quality coffee (i.e. not instant) - although I couldn't actually get mine to work!
A flat screen TV has channels in many languages; the bed was supremely comfortable. If I had to be picky, the bedside clock was the version with hands and ticking .... rather than a digital. This made it impossible to check the time during the night without turning on the light.

The rooms are arranged around a central atrium, so there's no claustrophobic hotel passageways to navigate. There is a piano in the atrium, whose keys get a work out by a good pianist ... but from my floor (7th) the tunes are audible from the room, so could be a disturbing factor if you're an early to bed guest. Late risers may also be woken by the early morning tooting and buzz of the busy morning traffic, which can also be easily heard from the rooms.

Breakfast was quite simply amazing. Spoilt for choice - fruit, breads, pastries, a DIY waffle maker, French toast, cold cuts and cheeses, hot western items, hot Asian items, eggs cooked to order, however you like them, a roving waitress with a tray of smoothie shots that were sooooo good. Coffee, teas, juices. There can't be a guest who can't find a satisfying first meal of the day.

The rooftop pool is great - fabulous views over the (dirty) Saigon river, a bar that serves typical poolside fare, poolside loungers, and a great place to catch a breeze in the heat of the day. Why they were playing instrumental Christmas carols in October, I couldn't quite fathom though!!

The location of the hotel is good to - riverside, as its name suggests, but within easy walking distance of everything in District 1, including many bars and restaurants. I didn't eat in the hotel other than breakfast, the choices close by are many and varied.

Overall this is a great hotel in a really convenient location - if I had to visit HCM again for business or pleasure, I'd be happy to stay here.

Room Tip: Riverside rooms are exactly s described with a great riverside view. The higher the floor, the less...

In this hotel I stay often and are regarded as regular guest. The location is excellent in district one, the view to the Saigon river is nice and the staff is very friendly.
The lounge i the 18th floor is always a main hub and an oasis where people like to meet, to work, to dine and drink at happy hour. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are ok, but you see their age in some corners.
Monitoring cameras you find alomost everywhere in public areas. Cumulative in some corridor corners there are 3 or 4 at one plce on the ceiling. Big brother is watching you everywhere.
