My family love their Pei King roasted duck (Beijing kao ya) most, so we always choose this restaurant for all family reunion. If you're a fan of cantonese or hongkong style cuisine, I'm sure this is the best choice because the chef is hongkonger who I had chance to meet him once he consulted us the dish. You can have roasted duck, roasted suckling pig, siu mei, shark fin, seafood, abalone, salanganes'nest... They also serve dim sum in the morning (from 7am to 2pm), what's a great collection of dim sum and very worth value, just about 2-3$ for each dim sum, it's very crowded in weekend, so make sure you reserve before coming.
They usually have promotion, so you should check with waiters before ordering. For example, a roasted duck which is served in 3 different cuisines normally cost you ~45$, but on promotion period, it's just 30$++
This restaurant is decorated in a very traditional chinese style which you can feel like you're in a hongkong restaurant ;). All the staff can speak cantonese fluently, good english and some can speak mandarin, teochew too, of course, all of them can speak Vietnamese.
