“Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day Tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 19, 2013

I thought this was a very well run and great value for money!
The bus left on time, we were handed a bottle of water and a face wash, our guide spoke great english and told many history and tips about Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City. Including a great explanation of the US-Vietnam war - finally I could get my head around the conflict and who was fighting who!
The bus was air-conditioned and perfectly comfortable.
I'm on a 8 week trip of South East Asia I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

“Nice attractions, average great value tour”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 10, 2013 via mobile

Went on 2 day tours Cu Chi tunnel + Kao Dai temple & Floating market. we got the same tour guide Tam for both tours. We enjoyed Tam's animated descriptions of the sights and the stories behind. However just thought he could have looked out for people in the group a bit more as he was often just walking quite fast leading ahead but did not go back to ensure those at the back can Catchup and knows the way. But overall we thought the tour was great value and there was no pushy tactics to sell stuff, unlike most other tours.

“Excellent value for money!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 30, 2013

I was worried about taking a tour (having never taken one before), but I needn't have worried. Right from the start, we felt comfortable in the office. Everything was handled very professionally, including departure screens in the waiting area. We left on time, and our guide (Tam) introduced himself and gave us a little talk on Cu Chi. His English was superb, and was confident enough in its usage to make a few jokes. His talk was very informative, and a great icebreaker for the day.

The bus, if old, was perfectly serviceable, and got us into the Cu Chi park on time. There was also complimentary water and wipes.

The guide did an excellent job in the Tunnels park - the right level of information, at the right pace, and some good humour to lighten and enliven what is actually a very dark subject. He was also a very clear guide. No difficulty in hearing him, or following him round the park - directions as to where we going next were clear, and several head counts were taken quickly at various points. There were a number of groups in the park, but the guide made sure we didn't get mixed up, and that we got our turn at the displays & features.

We were two hours at the tunnels - not so much busy, as action packed. The park was well laid out, and well thought out, with good educational details being blended into more obvious parts (such as the tunnel crawl) and some surprises, such trying the tapioca staple of the defenders.

As before, the bus left precisely on the planned time, and arrived in HCMC the same way.

“Sleeper bus extremely dirty”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 24, 2013

This is a review of their sleeper bus. It is my first sleeper bus in Vietnam and I'm extremeley disgusted. The service with sinh tours has been fine so far, but the sleeper bus was extremely dirty. Definitely not a place I wanted to spend 10 hours. The bus smelled like dirty feet and unwashed bedding. The seats need an extremely deep steam clean as they even look grungy. I did not want to lay my head down on them. They did not even clean trash out of the seats from the previous patrons. Definitely will not be taking another sinh sleeper bus.

“Good value for money”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013 via mobile

We went on the half day tour to see the Cu Chi Tunnels. It was really cheap and we were very happy with the guide. The group size was a bit too big, we could easily have paid a little bit more to keep the number down. All in all great value for money, and we would recommend the Sinh tourist.

We also took their bus overnight from Nha Trang to HCMC and it was better than the previous one we had been on, and we went with them to Phnom Penh which was also very well organized. The guy dealing with the border crossing did an excellent job.
