The group and i were also scammed by the hidden "Cover" charge this club hids in its menu booklet.
We were passing the club and since we were over listening to the same old top 40 dance hits in the other bars, we decided we might as well go in and have a quick listen to what was on offer.
We went in, ordered a beer each, and although the music was ok (only ok), we were never informed at any stage that there was a cover charge for entry, that were is also a service charge on the drinks (what service???).
On exiting - we were given our bill (close to 1 million for 4 beers) and disputed the cover charge as we wernt told about it..
They then showed up the cover charge amount on the Back page of the menu, as well as the 10% service charge. We tried to resonably explain that we were not aware of it, that no one told as when we came in (there was door persons and also waitresses that took us to our table), and that we thought it was unfair they hide these charges from us.
They didnt care, and tried to intimidate us into paying there ripoff charges - to the point that one of the door men started pushing my friend.
We ended up paying half the cover charge and made a quick exit out of the club and into a taxi.
My advice is - Dont enter this club and avoid at all times.
Even if you now know about the charges, i think you should still avoid at all costs, as all it does is promote them to continue on with the scam!
