An awesome find! We were looking for a boutique hotel to end our stay here at HCM and needless to say, it was a difficult find. You either get backpackers, or the crazy luxurious one. Not many in betweens.

Cinnamon Hotel was more than what we hoped for. Brilliant staffs, extensive breakfast, large rooms and absolutely clean toilets. For Gen Y like us, the WiFi works brilliantly too!
Location wise, it's central to everything you need. They also have awesome shutters in your room, that when you wake up in the morning, you won't even know the sun has risen! Perfect for sleeping in!

Only drawback is perhaps the need to walk up the flight of stairs - so if you're handicapped or have troubles climbing up more than 3 floors, you may have to request for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor.

All in all, if you need a place to wind down after a hectic time in HCM, this is the place to be.

We had a beautiful stay here & the staff were the best by far.. Not far from market, if you book make sure you're not above the third floor as there is no lift. Otherwise it's brilliant ,, staff always wanting to help. Pete & Maz aust.

I could rave about the centralized location, spacious rooms or impeccable cleanliness but even these qualities are dwarfed by the incredible team at Cinnamon Hotel.

Admittedly we were a little apprehensive about staying in a 2 star hotel on our first visit to HCMC, but all doubts were immediately quashed by Sunny and his staff. He greeted us by name on arrival, even before we'd introduced ourselves, and was quick to give us a tutorial on how to explore the city.

We were constantly amazed by the personalized assistance we received from EVERY member of staff, a genuine service that's lacking in even the best hotels. Sunny and his staff were definitely a point of discussion during our stay there. I recommend this hotel without hesitation based solely on the level of service we received from check-in to check-out. The complimentary massages, cocktails and breakfasts don't hurt either.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Cinnamon Hotel, The Hotel is really nice and the working team is great and really helpfull.
The breakfast is very nice, and the staff is always smiling and friendly !!
The Hotel is well located it's just 3 minutes walk to go to the routard area, so you can get all the buzz and come back to a relax night afterward.
The main attraction are closed too, like the old market, the post-office, the war museum, the cathedral ... so it's really easy to go there and it's a nice walk to do.

Room Tip: There is a nice SPA area to get a lovely massage !!

We stayed at Cinnamon Saigon Hotel in May 2012 as the last stop of our SE Asia trip, and had a very nice experience there. The staff was hospitable, attentive, and made us feel comfortable. Our room was clean, modern, and even had a small balcony with a street view. There are no elevators however, so if you were on the top floor like we were, you get a good workout, but it wasn't a big deal. The hotel is centrally located, only a 15 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market, War Remnants Museum, and several great restaurants, which was convenient. Only downside... Skip the complimentary breakfast... Plenty of great options in the area to try. Otherwise, 2 thumbs up to Cinnamon Saigon Hotel!

Room Tip: If you chose to take a taxi to the airport, have the hotel arrange one for you to ensure you're...

My partner and I stayed at this hotel in August 2012. Saigon was our first stop in Vietnam and the staff at the Cinammon Saigon Hotel raised our expectations for the other hotels that we would stay at in Vietnam. Sonny and his team were the friendliest people we came across in Vietnam, they would go out of their way to make sure you were happy and would always greet you with huge smiles each time we saw them. The location of the hotel was pretty good, only about a 15 minute walk to the Ben Thanh Markets. If you decide to get a cyclo anywhere be careful as we were tricked badly and ended up paying $20 AUD to get from the hotel to the markets..
The room we had was quite nice and clean and we had a small balcony which was nice. We don't have any complaints about our stay at this hotel and we would stay there again if we went back to Saigon.

We booked into the hotel and from the moment we arrived we were treated to an amazing stay and experience. We arrived on the night train and while we waited for our room we were treated to a complimentary breakfast (of the most amazing banana pancakes). The staff helped us arrange a ride to the tunnels and a tour of the Mekong Delta. We were also treated to complimentary cocktails and a foot massage during our stay. The staff is super helpful and friendly, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant.
The rooms are amazing, big, clean, bright and quiet. The fact that the hotel is trying to be organic and conserve water really apppealed to us not to mention the amazing welcome of flowers on the bed and the cute towel shapes they create. This hotel spoils you!

Room Tip: There is no elevator so if you don't like stairs ask for a room on a lower floor - only 5 floors...
