We enjoyed a full day on bikes, cycling to several of the Royal Tombs. Our guide, Chinh, was terrific--very amiable and knowledgeable. We started with a dragon boat ride down the Perfume River, visited several tombs, lunched at a local vegetarian restaurant, and finished up at the home of the best conical hat maker in Hue. Chinh showed us a few ruins off the beaten path, which we never would have found on our own. The bikes could be in better condition, but all in all, we had a great day!

We (two families) have just returned from a 17 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. We arranged our own flights from London to Ho Chi Minh City and back, and then engaged Asiana Travel Mate to do the rest. Ms Krystal of Asiana Travel Mate worked with us to build our tour taking in the temples at Siem Reap, the Killing Fields, Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh City, the Cu Chi Tunnels, the Mekong Delta, the Beach and much, much more. She made travel and hotel recommendations based on our budget and wishes. She arranged a number of internal flights and boat trips and our transfers. Everything worked like clockwork. Whenever we arrived in a new location we were greeted by a smiling and knowledgeable English-speaking guide (Sal in Siem Reap, Mr Thong in Phnom Penh and Mr Huy in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta). I cannot praise Ms Krystal and the ATM team enough for providing us and our children with wonderful memories that will last forever. We undoubtedly also made substantial cost savings by booking with a Vietnamese tour company rather than a British tour company!

We were totally satisfied with Lucy'service who has been professional from the beginning until the end. She offered us 5 stars private tour of 17 days with 5 starshotels ( the best with American standard ) for less cheaper than what other travel agency were offering! The food was delicious , the tour, the guides professional as well. We have seen China, Thailand and Vietnam is the top!! Fantastic peoples! Thank you Lucy for having been so patient with us by paying attention to every details of the trip and we can not wait to come back ! We definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had a great time on our Mekong Delta Day Tour. Got picked up promptly at 8:30am, then picked up a group of 3 in another hotel before making the 1.5 hr drive. Tommy our guide was genuine, friendly and informative. The itinerary was just what we expected. The various local stops along the tour can be viewed as tourist traps but it is how they make a living (so put that in perspective). The rowing trip down the canals were exciting and gave you a chance to cherish the sights. Highlight of lunch was watching the 3 Spaniard guys in our group courageously agree to try eating snake as an additional dish. The process is both gruesome AND thrilling (cutting head off, pulling beating heart out, draining blood into shot glasses). Truth be told we took a few bites of their dish and it was surprisingly tasty.

Highly recommended Tour!!!

Tip: Don't pay for the other more pricey tours. All the tours are exactly the same. This was not the case of you get what you pay for.

This is by far the best travel agency in Vietnam. Their guides are knowledgable, friendly and go out of their way for you. You can learn a lot about this country through the guides. We booked a 2 night cruise on Halong Bay and it was magnificent. The rooms were small, but hey - it's a boat! Lovely excursions to Amazing Cave and a sunset kayak trip to see the monkeys playing around the cliffs. I mentioned to the guy i booked the trip with that it was my birthday during the cruise - and he organised a surprise birthday party for me on the boat which was just beautiful. Can't recommend this company enough.
