“Excellent quality, first-class service”

Everything you could look for in a great hotel - all the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were impeccable, with a spacious bath area and well-selected toiletries (including a decent shaving kit..!)
Breakfast was good with a wide selection at the buffet. The Japanese restaurant was great - service and food was outstanding. Considering the very reasonable price, I can't remember the last time I was this pleased with a hotel...

This hotel has it all, amazing spa, beautiful pool, and lovely lounge. The rooms are to die for, and all of them have the best central air. I never slept on a more comfortable bed, the pillows are as big as your torso!

Breakfast is outstanding, with tons of choices. The staff is incredibly nice, and willing to help you with anything. They also have a free shuttle to popular tourist attractions. Yes, it's a little outside the city center, but this does not upset any of your plans.

Love this hotel!!!!

We could not fault this hotel at all it was fantastic, Hotel Nikko have got everything right. The staff are very welcoming at all times. The Lounge bar's happy hour was fantastic all alcoholic drinks bogof between 5-7. A shuttle bus into the center between 10am and 6pm. Other reviews state this is out the way. Its in district 1 but on the outskirts, a taxi ride is approx £1-2 from the center. Dont get ripped off at the airport you get approched by "taxi drivers" wanting 800,000 VND to take you to Hotel Nikko its only 150,000 in rush hour always tell them you want the meter and get a taxi from the rank.

Room Tip: The spa have seperate Male and Female steam and sauna.

This is a great hotel and is very reasonably priced. This was our first stop in Saigon and we were constantly impressed.

The staff were great - all of which spoke English very well.
This was our first visit to Vietnam and the concierge did a great job of explaining where we could go and even supplied us with a map of the city and included any additional points of interest on it.

You can also book tours such as the Cu Chi Tunnels / Mekong Delta through the Hotel direct. We did the private tour of the Tunnels and booked through Hotel Nikko, Yang was our guide and i strongly recommend you do the same - he was great!

Our room was very nice. We didn't get the breakfast included in our rate but it is worth a shout, we ended up enjoying the buffet breakfast and adding the cost to the bill cause the 'spread' was great!

This hotel is slightly further out of town but don't let this put you off, cabs basically cost you nothing so this will never be a problem.

Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I cannot fault this hotel.. since it's practically brand new, everything looks very polished and clean. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing, from french pastries to pho and a traditional style japanese breakfast, they have everything. The spa menu was limited (only 4 options), but very cheap and worth it (2hr massage for usd $98). As guests, we also had complimentary use of the spa facilities, such as the indoor jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Since I booked an appointment at 7pm, I had the use of the facilities entirely to myself! The room service menu was extensive.. I recommend trying the pho at the convenience of being indoors.. they only listed "beef" for pho, but apparently, they had chicken if you asked as well. The TV options were extensive as well... they had many many channels in different languages.
We will definitely be back at this place.

We went for the all-inclusive Sunday brunch and it was great. We have tried a lot of the Sunday brunches from various hotels in HCM and the Nikko Hotel offered a great one for a great price. It is the cheapest brunch we have been to out of all the hotels in HCM. It includes soft drinks (not diet-coke though!), juice, champagne, beer, wine. The food is not as varied as other hotels and there is not a large selection compared with others. They have a tempura station and past station - both excellent. The tempura takes a long time though so be prepared. Disappointed in the sushi station - they couldn't even make me a vegetarian sushi! There is a kids play area but it is way at the back of the restaurant far away from the tables and not much in it - they need to buy more toys and also if the room was supervised that would be great. We would go back mainly due to the price (half the price of the brunch at Intercontinental Hotel) and the great champagne. Also the service is excellent.

This is a hotel that has it all, great service and all the mod cons.
You don`t need to take a news paper into read when you visit the loo, the loo puts a smile on your face first thing in the morning, i want one for home, well one for every where i go, amazing.

The Breakfast is fantastic, but you cant go past the Saturday night seafood buffet, it has to be the best value place to dine in all Vietnam. Just make sure you explain carefully when ordering your lobsters or you could get more than you bargained for. we stayed here on the start of our Vietnam journey and ended here as well.

This is a world class hotel and they should be very proud of what they are offering in such a divers city.
