“Delicious Vietnamese Soup”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 12, 2012

I love Pho 24! I usually order the biggest bowl of Beef Souo. For those who does not like rare beef on top of their soup, just make sure to remind the order-taker about your preference.

“Hidden Gem (literally)”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2011

This is one of the top 3 places recommended to me by the locals. Do not be mislead by the name Pho24. While it is part of the excellent Pho24 chain, it is a stand-alone restaurant.

It is literally hidden gem. The restaurant is nestled inside a dark cul-de-sac alley. It cannot be seen from the outside. The easier way to find it is to look for the Pho24 shop on 71-73 Dong Koi Street (Dist 1). This particular Pho24 shop is opposite the Ipa-Nima shop. When you exit the Pho24 from the rear entrance, you will see the Nha Hang An restaurant.

The food was so yummy that spouse insisted on eating there again the next day. Prices are cheap, servings were large, and ambiance was excellent. Best of all, there was no large crowds. Mainly locals dining there. Only drawback as that only the manager could speak English. Not a major issue as menu (with some funny mis-spellings) with smallish pictures was in English and Vietnamese.

Besides air-cond indoor seating, there are also gazebos on the outside garden. It wld be perfect place to chill out in the evenings

Had to think twice before revealing this gem on Trip Advisor, afraid that crowds will descend on it.
