I have a few complaints regarding this hotel so please see list below.

1. No hot water for two days
2. Maid accused us for taking a face towel when there wasn't one to begin with and told us that if we don't give her the money, she will be in trouble with her boss and she will have to be pay on our behalf.
3. Maid accused us for getting the sheets dirty with yellow stains that was clearly not our's!! We called the receptionist and had this issue reSolved but I still did not enjoy being accused and blamed for something we didn't.
4. Room was not provided with shampoo, conditioner and body shampoo, which was included with every room.

I stayed in this hotel while I was on business in Ho Chi Minh City over a period of four days. Clean rooms, friendly staff and large flat screen TV. Great showers with piping hot water and great pressure. some rooms have relaxing jacuzzis.Close to great little restaurants, great for business people or couples.

Booked a room online and when we went there the room wasn't ready with a cleaner sitting on the bed watching television. The room was pretty small with nowhere to put our suitcases so we were constantly walking around them. Bed was comfy enough. At night they had a band playing in the basement which kept us up until they stopped. Which if you believe the people at the front desk stops at 11, but the music kept going until 1. we then requested a move and were sent to the top floor in a room that wasnt completely finished with holes next to the light fittings going straight outside and there was no safe. Overall we had a very frustrating stay. would definately not go back, but i suppose if you had a room not near the road or basement that was completely finished it might be ok if you didnt pay much. The included breakfast was the worst we had on tour.

Room Tip: Keep away from the road facing rooms, especially on the lower floors.

When you need to visit Saigon as a someone living on the outskirts it's very important that you pick a no fuss hotel.I say this because of my own experience.A + EM hotels are such.I have now stayed in most of them and can say I enjoyed this one as it provided a mini bar and black out curtains ,although I was in the city I was able to sleep in and was not disturb by the endless roar of bikes or horns. The Staff were friendly .I was able to leave my luggage there even after I checked out.It was one of the few budget hotels that has a stylish bar and close to all the hot spots around HCMC.recommended for solo or couple .
Plus for me was that it is located close to Ferry Terminal and that's an advantage if you need to travel back to Vung Tau.

Room Tip: Good place to stay if you are just in town for doctors appointment or shopping I live in Vung Tau...

I stayed at this Hotel 6th to 8th December,it is well located and well priced, it is almost opposite the Sheraton, so why pay huge money when this hotel has a comfortable bed good amenities like Wi Fi, bathroom is small but is acceptable, The hotel is walking distance to all the things you need including the Market my one against is the breakfast is no good, but then again at the price what do i expect a $40.00 Sheraton Buffet breakfast there is plenty of choice on the Street

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back no street noise
