Talk about giggles and smiles from beginning to end!! From the minute we met our gorgeous guides to the drop- off at our hotel we knew we were ( and had been ) on a winner. Another gem we were led to by Trip Advisor. Our group of four did the Saigon by night tour which took us through the thick of evening traffic, through amazing local markets, street food stalls , " lovers lane" ..... there was so much to look at, listen to and enjoy. Our guides were knowledgeable, competent and above all - happy! Woo hoo!

Excellent night out. Highly recommended if you want to experience Vietnamese food and culture with a thrilling scooter ride around Ho Chi Minh City. The food was typical of each district within the city, lots of flavour and variety. The frog is recommended, if you like chicken. Don't let that put you off as the dishes provided are suited to the western pallet.

Highly Recommended!

First time for me to ride a motorcycle and in Saigon was most memorable -rush hour was certainly an exhilarating experience! You'd really sink into the culture. You'd ride around then stop and eat vietnamese favorite local food-- noodles-- grills (from goat meat, shrimp and frog!-- and seafood. I enjoyed seafood the best-- crab and scallops and wished more servings there--they serve it mixed spices and nuts w fish lime sauce. Even the balut with these spices tasted yum. Wish they explained a bit how the dishes were made or gave out recipes so we can attempt to prepare the same foods back home. Want a motorbike too..

We did the sights tour on our first day then the foodie tour the next night, worth every cent. For 5 of us it was $175 aus dollars for sights and $335 aus for foodie one. Seriously the best way to see Saigon, experience the sights, sounds, food, culture. We had 2 adults, an 18 yr old, 15 yr old and a nervous 9 year old and all of us had the best time! The girls are fantastic at making you feel safe, the traffic is crazy but it feels very safe with them. An incredible experience we will treasure the rest of our lives.
My fussy eating 9 year old ate goat, frog and lots of other stuff! Amazing tour.
Thank you XO tours you really made our stay in Ho Chi Minh incredibly memorable! If anyone is travelling there it's seriously a fantastic thing to do.

Beside the good food, the exciting part is really the motorbike ride across the different districts in Saigon. It was better than a roller coaster ride with all those motorbikes nearing collision. Your in good hands with the pretty lady guide/drivers as they steer you through the busy streets. The tour will let you see districts where tourists don't normally go but this is where the good food can be found. It is a little bit pricey though but this will be the highlight of my Saigon trip.
