Not much to add to the 300 reviews out there. The snail was huge but very tough. Bun with bo and hue was so so, because the beef was too tough but the pork was soft and tender. Grilled oyster and blood cockles were great, fresh, tender and juicy. I really love the water spinach in Vietnam, they only use the stalk and it is so tender and crispy. The cooking was average here tho for this dish, no better than the water spinach in the fake one.
