the Staffs (boy and the girl) were very nice and accommodating. the guy receptionist even paid for our Taxi fair from the bus station since we haven't change our money to dong.

when my friend left his luggage at the bus station, the guy immediately called on the bus company to report it.

every night they politely ask our choice for the breakfast.

everything was really good and taken so well.

the location is also a plus coz it's just walking distance to the night markets, restaurants, reunification palace and other establishments.

we'll definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in great location, near Ben than market. Our room was deluxe, not so great view from window but it was quiet room. Room was okay, little run down. In bathroom you know when upstairs somebody was in the shower because water was running down from the seiling. The staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was okay, you can choose from the menu, what you like. and get also bananas, yoghort and tea. free laundry is 1 suit per day. free international calls are with skype to table-phones, no cellphones.

We booked an Airport pick up and the gentleman was there to greet us. Check in at the Hotel was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed for four nights and had two rooms for that time. The rooms are a little small and tired however for the price they were ok. The rooms were cleaned every day and the fresh towels were really white and smelled nice even if they are a little thin. The WIFI worked ok where we were at the front of the Hotel on the third floor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and as a one or two night stop over on a budget this Hotel is fine. You are close to the Markets and plenty of cheap eats plus some of the tourist attractions are near by.
Breakfast is included in your Hotel room price and although a little different could be ordered from a small menu. When it says "Sandwich & egg" it means toast (no butter) and egg however you want them. They included a fresh banana and a glass jar of a type of home made yoghurt which tasted fine. The tea was Lipton. You are there for the experience so remember they also wash one set of clothes free per day.
The only down side was that the air con in our room was not great so they let us leave the key in the slot in the wall so it would continue when we went out. It was working enough to make sleeping ok and we were not really in our room much in the day time. Staff are the best!

Room Tip: We stayed in the front room on the third floor.

Excellent location, close to the central market / night market. Very helpful lady at the desk during the day, however the evening staff were less willing to assist. Our room was very noisey (street noise) and generally run-down. Obviously had been a smoking room prior to us. Shower flooded the bathroom. A single duvet cover on a double bed made it awkward sleeping for two. Would not go back. There was free internet in the hotel lobby. Breakfasts were adequate.

I have stayed several times at this hotel, three consecutive times and the value for money is excellent. The staff and their boss are very friendly and helpful, the location is great, near Ben Thanh Market. Room are small but clean, you feel safe and almost home away from home. There is a small park nearby, where you can do your morning jogging with the local people :-)Laundry was free, which was absolutely great when you stay for a while. Very affordable and a definite repeat when I go back to Saigon.

Ever since I arrived here, I couldn't hardly understand what the Hotel staffs tried to say. And it's also super hard asking information from them due this language barrier. Actually they were really nice and tried to be helpful really. I appreciate that. But despite the tarzan - jane kinda communication, the hotel was okay. Breakfast was yummy. Clean sheet, running hot water, AC and location all good. Value da' money spent...

Room Tip: Surprisingly, ask for no window standard room. Quieter and more noise free
