My family stayed at Tulips Hotel for 5 nights in December 2011. The hotel location is very convienient and an easy walk to Ben Thanh Market, many other shops and resturants. Phillip, his wife and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than adaquate and there's a small convienience store right next door. The room was a good size for our family of 4 and was very clean. We would certainly reccommend this hotel for families. although it was close to everything we found it to be fairy quiet at night and it was easy to get a good nights sleep even in this busy town. We found the shopping at Ben Thanh markets good and the prices and selection was better than other parts of Vietnam and even better than Bangkok! The people were friendly and helpful and generally much nicer than further north in Hanoi.

My daughter, my sister, and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from 9-12 December 2011 upon my daughter's friend's recommendation. The hotel is centrally located and Ben Thanh Market is just 7 minutes walk away. You can also do your own city tour as the Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office, Independence Museum and other places of interest are just nearby.

The staff, especially the Hotel Director Nguyen Ngoc To Uyen, are very helpful. They went out of their way to book the Cu Chi Tunnels tour for us even when we arrived past midnight on the 9th.

The rooms are very clean. A standard bedroom for 3 has 1 bathroom with tub, little salon, TV and ref. The rooms comes with free breakfast -- a choice of French bread and eggs; fried rice (beef or chicken) and pho (beef or chicken) -- coffee/tea/orange juice, and fresh fruits.

Will definitely stay here again and will recommend this to others who wish to explore Ho Chi Minh City.

Well located hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and clean room. We stayed there on 22 November 2011. Made us as part of their family. I would go there again . Mr & Mrs Philip thanks for giving us a great vacation. . My childrens enjoyed it..
