We stayed three nights at the Liberty Central on our very first trip to Vietnam. We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were soo clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely also with nice large mirrors and a huge shower. The breakfast was delicious with soo much variety. The roof top pool is also a very welcomed feature with the weather being quiet hot and humid. This hotel is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in all of Asia.

Stayed here during the first leg of my Vietnam and Cambodia trip. Great hotel. Not 5 star but a decent 4 star and good value for money. The evening bell boy was very helpful and the lobby staff all had great smiles. The room was clean and I think it was quiet because we were not facing the road. There was no view outside our window but we didn't go to HCMC to stay in our room the whole day so it was fine. Breakfast was ok... Nothing too excited about. Would go back again if on vacation. Very close to the night market!! Interesting experience!

This is an excellent hotel for the price. Our Deluxe Room was new and well-appointed with a very nice en suite bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very good, and the hotel is only a very short walk to Ben Thanh Market and is close to the main shopping precinct. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Stayed here at the beginning of our adventure and cancelled a pre booked hotel to come back again at the end. Both stays were very good, the staff were friendly and the rooms clean and modern. The location was very good, room service excellent and spa excellent. We had a couple of issues on the second stay requiring some firm resolution to get our hotels.com booking honoured as per booking request and getting our kids room on the same floor with both as non smoking. In the end we were upgraded to accommodate our needs. The sports bar had a fabulous piano/ violin duo which was lovely with a cocktail however we were overcharged at checkout and this took some determination to get sorted. But to their credit they 'believed' us so in the end I would definitely return. A great hotel overall although a come of rogue rosters in the distance got us up early. Typical Vietnam though.

Room Tip: City view room had a rogue rooster in our case

Location is outstanding less than a block from Ben Tan Market and of the main commercial avenues.
Rooms are small, but well equipped. We had trouble openning our suitcases and walking around the room at the same time. Being the hotel a tall building, views of the city are fantastic. Smart modern decoration.
Breakfast was very good and complete, and although the hotel was full, we never experienced problems in getting a table.
Personnel, in general, was service oriented and fairly good English speakers.
