What a wonderful lunch experience! We took the set menu, started with salad/warm salmon carpaccio, both were delightful. This was followed by the fish ravioli for us both and we dreamed away with every little ravioli that floated in our mouths. Surely this is the best pasta dish I have ever eaten: the pasta was light and thin, the filling a very clever fish mix with just enough spice (cayenne?) to give it a little kick. When the ravioli was cut open you could still distinguish the different types of fish, so it wasn't a paste or mousse. Exquisite. This was rounded off with a pannacotta topped with soaked cherries and a chocolate tart with the most delicious whipped cream ever. We will return! Fantastic start of the year.

We saw a great Vietnemese production with lots of acrobatics but great Vietnam storyline. Fun venue in a down scale version of Paris opera house. Only 70 minutes so nice to do prior to dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed the production

I have been to this fine casual restaurant many time, the open kitchen always add a touch of gourmet to the atmosphere since one can see the food being prepared and the ingredient displayed beautifully. I particularly like their Strozzapreti with meat sauce or any sauce, too bad that they don't always have it. The service is usually good with the exception of one lady that a bit on the pushy side so I try to steer myself toward a table that's out of her range when I can.
The price range is up there among the top restaurants in Saigon, but at this place one actually gets what one pays for.
