Easy access with broad entrance at corner of Hai Ba Trung & Le Duan Blvd, its location tell how worthy it is to stay. Walking distance to most shopping malls: Diamon Plaza, Vincom, Parkson... and other landmarks: Reunion Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office...
From the inside, the rooms are generously sized, equipped with latest technology: ipod dock, bose sound, big LCD, bed is super comfort, bathroom amenity of "We live like this" brand. All linen and electric items are well maintained and always at the mint status upon check in. Each room has top to floor length glass so you will enjoy the city view more or less.
Nice professional gym, nice pool so you can drown yourself after a hot day.
We did order room service and also had food at Club Lounge and Market 39 (Breakfast) and found the ingredients are very fresh, abundant range of choices from hot to cold, Asian local dishes to Western dishes. Recommend to try their Pho Bo Southern Style (so good quality beef, cooked perfectly).
Staffs are excellent, perfect English (so far the best English among all other hotels that I stayed in Vietnam), very attentive and always with a smile.

Room Tip: Corner room is good since you will have 2-side view.

For a traveler who has been to Ho Chi Minh City multiple times and always stayed in the heart of District 1 where you see mostly tourists, InterContinental Asiana Saigon is a great alternative. Located at the edge of District 1 but still within walking distance to everywhere I need to be for meeting, this hotel offers wonderful service and great amenities. Price is a bit high compared with most other hotels in the area but for the quality of service you receive, it is totally worthwhile.

As a new property, hotel is wonderfully decorated and offers great facilities. Guestrooms are nicely furnished with modern touches. I was put in a great corner guestroom with a FANTASTIC bathroom - big, spacious with a free standing bathtub. Truly luxurious experience.

The Club Floor is one of the nicest I have seen - not only the floor has a spectacular view of the city but also offers wonderful food/drink selection. Service is superb and staff is attentive. I had my breakfast three days here and totally enjoyed the experience.

In all, this is a wonderful property and has instantly become my favorite hotel in town. In fact, I am booking this hotel for my Spring 2013 return trip to HCMC! Highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Take a corner room if you enjoy the 180 degree view of the city!

We stayed for 10 days on the start of a 4 1/2 month holiday in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. The bar has been set! We have no complaints at all.
We were very happy with our room- 1807.
Cleanliness: outstanding
Location: fabulous- a short walk to most attractions
Service: excellent

Food: room service, great food and quick
Breakfast at Market 39- lots of variety, both Western and Vietnamese cuisines. Pho is very tasty.

Supermarket just through the passage on the main floor for those wanting to stock up on snacks or a bottle of scotch/wine :-)

Dim Sum for lunch on the second floor was very good- do try the yams

Jade Bar-2nd floor- try the Ductinis- award winning and VERY tasty

If you upgrade to Ambassador Club, do make sure to hit happy hour- the staff there are excellent and really make you feel welcome. The snacks are great too.

All in all, this will be our hotel of choice when visiting Ho Chi Minh.

A 5-stars hotel, deserves this classification deal. From check in, about the room quality, to the preparation and presentation of the optical during breakfast and other meals. The hotel is value placed on that little 'extra'. The Asian sprichwoertliche friendliness is exemplified in the hotel and the staff understand to do so authentically and convincingly. may feel that that is a more than welcome guest.

This was our first hotel for our 3 week trip through Vietnam and Thailand and it set the bar high. The service was excellent and all staff very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable and we loved being so centrally located (could walk around and feel perfectly safe). The breakfast was AMAZING and it was a treat to have Vietnamese Iced coffee prepared for us every day with a TO-GO cup :) It was a wonderful launching pad for us for the 3 nights we stayed, would definitely recommend!

After almost 2 weeks in Vietnam, it was a relief to gain the civility and amenities of this hotel. The room has a separate shower, the shower floor was not slippery; there were a sufficient number of towels for 2 people; there was conditioner as well as shampoo. Wet towels were replaced, and the shampoo was replenished. Soap was provided for both the sink and the shower (this was the only hotel in Vietnam where we did not have a soap shortage). The hotel is centrally located (walking distance to the zoo, shopping malls, and reunification palace). A great italian restaurant is around the corner and in the connected shopping corridor there is a grocery store. The bed was great after the piece of rock that masquerades as a bed at the SaigonMorin in DaNang. The greeter outside the front door helped us with directions each time we set foot outside the hotel door.Breakfast buffet was good, although getting coffee was difficult; perhaps they should make it self-serve. The only flaw was the concierge staff. They had surprisingly limited English skills and although they tried hard, it was difficult to communicate with them. I did not enjoy Saigon and woud not return on a vacation, but this hotel is a good place to stay if you need to be Saigon.

There is a reason this hotel gets rave reviews. It is because every member of the staff is trained to make every guest feel like a VIP.We were upgraded to a corner room and given a cake for our Wedding Anniversary. If you want a supermarket and a Great Italian Restaurant,go next store to the Residence Hotel. The location is perfect ,for business or leisure. When we went to The Mekong Delta, they kept our luggage and when we checked back in ,the luggage was right in the room. All in all, this is the Best hotel in Saigon!!!
