I always fond of old architecture, which is the reason i picked this hotel. I stayed 2 nights at this hotel during my recent Vietnam trip. It is an old hotel which seen its glory days behind. It is located near by the river and walking distance to most major tourist attraction and shopping place, and the staffs are great and very helpful. It has a travel service which attached to the hotel, which is great in helping you to arrange stuffs if you haven't got any travel plan. But that's all about it. The room is clean but oldies. Breakfast is also just ok. It definitely needs improvement considering the amount of hotels around the place.

Room Tip: Ask for room with window facing the river

Don't stay here. The building site next door works all through the night, making constant intrusive noise. Riverside is also roadside, with constant lorries all night long on one of Saigon's busiest roads. The hotel has seen better days. I went out for a 6-hour walk in the Saigon heat and when I cam back one of the door staff looked me up and down scornfully. I pushed the boat out on the last night of my trip, and now I'll be flying home after hardly wink of sleep. $68 for a nightmare.

Room Tip: Lower down riverview rooms are terribly noisy.

Nice view overlooking the river, daily evening cruises starts at eight. Within walking distance to so many interesting places and nite life. Very good location, never regretted. Clean rooms, nice buffet breakfast and very friendly staff especially the tourist customer service officer. Recommended fully.

Room Tip: Ask for one facing the river! (a must)

Rooms are big and spotless, but they have seen better times. The breakfast wasn't great.
We only stayed there for one night and moved to another hotel. Very dark and old fashioned. With so much choice for the same price, give it a miss.

hotel in good location from better times. The hotel has seen better times, we must not look so closely here. We had two different rooms. The first night we had a superior room including breakfast for 40 €. These rooms are in our view, not recommended. You do not have the correct window, the pseudo window go to another floor. Secondly, the bad is so small, when you sit on the toilet you can clean your teeth the same time in the basin. We had room 304. We are in the room the next day a senior deluxe moved, room 107 to the side of the road. The room was large and clean, the bad and everything was ok. But you dont look in the corners. These rooms face the street, however, are not for late risers, as the road noise is much yet. Rest are from 23:00 clock in the night and the night is over clock at 6:00 in the mornig, when the traffic starts. The service is ok, there was nothing to complain about. We sought to clarify everything. For breakfast there is the following: There is a bit of everything, there is jam, sausage, cereal, eggs, freshly made in any shape, fruit, Asian, noodle soup, toast and baguette. Unfortunately, there is only one fresh juice per day. coffee and tea, of course, but you have to pick each cup individually on tresen. Conclusion: The price performance ratio is just. One advantage is the excellent location, you can reach the most of the places to shopping eating and, visit to reach at foot. There are numerous small restaurants nearby and goes to the night market is also only 15 minutes, here is eat, and shopping without end.
