“Best food all holiday”
Reviewed June 27, 2014

Loved this place. I would hands down say this was the best food we ate in Vietnam. There is a good choice on the menu and the servings are very generous. All the staff were lovely and the food was out quick. We only had a quick lunch there and I wish we had time to go back for dinner!

“Delicious!!”
Reviewed June 25, 2014

Wandered past this place and decided to go in for lunch. Everything on the menu looked lovely and what we ordered was really delicious. It was one of my favourite meals during my holiday. The staff were all lovely and professional. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

“Wonderful wonderful wonderful”
Reviewed June 24, 2014 via mobile

Had dinner with family - food was amazing - I had the duck breast and would have been excited to get this quality in top restaurant in Melbourne. Kids enjoyed a night off Vietnamese food and went for the western option. Service was by trainees but was overseen by a very competent waiter. Would certainly recommend and I am looking forward to visiting the Siagon restaurant soon.

“Great desserts and smoothies, excellent Vietnamese, soggy burger!”
Reviewed June 21, 2014

KOTO has increased its reputation as a place for the disadvantaged youth of HaNoi to get training to work in the hospitality industry. If you want to get good service and a decent place to sit, you need to get there by 11:30 or eat after 1:30. During this time the service and the quality of the food actually goes down, too. The desserts are some of the best in the city and at 60,000 dong a real bargain. If you are dying for a real beef burger, ask them to put the coleslaw in a dish because otherwise the bun is going to be soaked in the sauce and you will not be happy. And make sure that you tell them how you want that beef patty cooked! Their Vietnamese food is some of the best in the area around the Temple of Literature. -- But the overall quality has gone down with all of the crowds rushing in to eat in those two hours from 11:30-1:30. There are also some tours coming in and some of the niceness when they first opened has definitely slipped. One of the best of the staff is the doorman/security guard who always has a smile and will always get you a safe taxi.
