Ninh Bin Tour - Tour was Good with GADT travels,actually they hire third parties within Vietnam..in Ninh bin Mr Hue who was our tour guide was biased on Indian nationality and more over he was very rude on 10mins late...not even considering.He was asking me to say sorry for that 10mins late.Also he wants me to climb up 500 high steps in Mua caves within 10mins with adverse weather.Totally compromising on safety.
Halong Bay(1 Night/2 Days) - GADT site and sales manager showed me Acardy Cruise (4 star) but on real it's was Victory star cruise, over that the itenary was not matching at all. On itenary it was written cocktail party / Karoke at night time but on scene it's was all silent no activities happened on night stay.Also drop from Port to Hanoi hotel was in very congested Bus in which no leg space.( Actually it's was all against itenary)
Da Nang Tour- Was Exceptional
Ho Chi Man Tour (Cu chi Tunnel) - Pick up was arranged at 7.30Am we waited at Hotel lobby till 8.30Am no information received till then, later hotel receptionist got call from Guide that he arranged taxi for us and asked to reach reunification palace, the guide will meet there.
Over there the Bus (Limousine) was very congested not comfortable at all.
Mekong Delta- Good Tour experience.
One more thing to add, every tour and travel use to ask for meal option,that is weather we would
like to have Indian food or vietnamese food on tours but here in GADT case they too asked the same but didn't provide anything...with other travellers we saw that who opted for Indian food on tours there were getting specially packed Indian food from Resturant on tours.
Overall my experience with GADT was below Par.( Below Average)
