The Binh Minh 2 Hotel is such a joke. I have checked different websites before I made my decision to book with this hotel. However, when I got there, I found out the photos and hotel's descriptions were absolutely fake. The room is small and dirty and on a noisy street. The bathroom has serious problem about cleanliness. I did not want to get in there to take a shower though I was so tired and dirty after a long flight. No elevator. No restaurant. The hotel manager is managing Hanoi Eden Plaza at the same time (as bad as Binh minh 2 and does not have the good location) so he never appears at this hotel. 'Hotel staff' is 1 receptionist. Period. In general, if you are a budget traveler you might find it okay but for other types of travellers such as seniors, couples, family with kids, etc please run for your life.
