Absolutely brilliant hotel in a fantastic location in the Old Quarter. The hotel itself has excellent facilities including a small gym, spa and is spotlessly clean. The front of house manager Long offered us tremendous service, along with the rest of the impeccably trained staff. They even upgraded us to one of the top floor suites for my partner's birthday which is a gorgeous room with an excellent view. The hotel also organised for a porter to transport us to the train station and he accompanied us all the way to the carriage. We had a wonderful stay and did not want to leave, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for awesome location, service and facilities in the Old Quarter.

Just spent three nights at La Siesta. The staff could not have been more helpful, very good English, and willing to do everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The room was not huge, but spotless, very big and comfortable bed, clean bathroom with shower and bath. Free bowl of fruit provided along with rose petals on the bed. Location is bang in the centre of the wonderful old quarter of Hanoi - easy walking to main museums and sights. Lots of local restaurants and hotel itself has excellent restaurant.

La Siesta is a great boutique hotel in a fantastic location with amazing breakfasts (I'm still dreaming of them) but it is the warmth of the service and the desire of the staff to truly provide a great experience that sets this hotel apart. We felt welcomed home at the end of every adventure even after having checked out and cannot think of anything more this hotel could have done to help us enjoy our stay.
