I searched 3 days tour in Halong and Cat Ba island, but there are not many options such as cruises in Halong bay. Finally, we found this tour and it’s very suitable for our group: 1 night on cruise and 1 night in hotel in Cat Ba island.
We did many activities and had time to relax and enjoyed sunrise, sunset in Halong Bay.
We booked another tour to Ninh Binh with BC Family Tour after this tour. All services were arranged smoothly.
Thank so much!

Thank so much for arranging our memorial trip in Vietnam: Halong Bay tours with overnight on boat, good kayaking experience :)
Pu luong is new destination and less touristic, we enjoyed landscape, local food and good accommodation.
Ninh Binh is peaceful place and we had boat trip and nice biking time.
Highly recommendation! We will suggest your company to my friends.

I entered all information correctly. I entered "make", they entered "female". When they asked me to review all information, I pointed this mistake out. The reply was "sorry, all sales are final". What a waste of money.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Honestly, we had one client to apply this visa approval letter and mistake "male" or "female". We sent the Visa Approval Letter for clients and they can review. If not correct, we immediately corrected the right and re-sent to the clients few hours when we received information. We haven't said "sorry, all sales are final".

If this review from other guests, I strongly believe that this is not our clients. Maybe they want to write for other company about Visa Approval Services, but when they searched and found only our list.

Please help us to delete this review as soon as possible to avoid misunderstand from potential our customers. We feel very horrible :( We are always willing to assist the clients and would like to bring the best thing to our customers for their memorial trip in Vietnam. That's why we received many good recommendation from other guests.

Should you need any further information, please feel free to ask us at any time to clarify or don't hesitate to contact BC Family Tour when you travel in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar, you will have your own experience with us and estimate our "horrible" services.

Thank you & best regards,

We had a fantastic afternoon out in Hanoi!!
The tour was true to the description and Thomas was patient and kind. The food was very authentic- we had a great day out! The kids loved the balance of being in rickshaw & walking too.

Thomas was a really wonderful tour guide. Very enthusiastic and informative. Collected me from my hotel at 5.00am and suitable bicycle was provided. I was the only one so we adapted the itinerary to include some things I really wanted to see. Breakfast was included and I asked if we could swap Pho for Bahn mi, this was no problem. The best thing about this tour is that you get to ride a bike alongside the Hanoi busy roads and it was a really
Authentic and fun experience! Thank you so much! When it rained, a rain cover was provided. I highly recommend this tour! Good value!

We enjoyed a 3 day tour from Hanoi of Mai Chau and Ninh Binh booked through BC Family Tours. We chose this 3 day tour because we wished to reduce the amount of travelling time from Hanoi and have more time in both places (than day trips would have allowed). We would highly recommend this tour, it was well organised and our tour guide Ling was friendly and knowledgeable. We travelled first to Mai Chau by bus and after a tasty lunch we had a wonderful experience cycling around the Mai Chau villages and taking in the beautiful views. We were in a group of 5 people for the afternoon in Mai Chau but from 4pm on the first day we had a private tour as we discovered we were the only two people on the 3 day tour. This meant we had a chance to get to know the tour guide who gave us his full attention and looked after us very well. There were times when we were not sure how we were going to travel from one place to another (i.e. bus, private car, taxi etc) because this was not always specified in the itinerary but aside from this the tour did seem very well organised. We stayed at La Maison de Buoc in Mai Chau region on the first evening which was a lovely retreat in a hidden countryside village. Unfortunately a large tour group of 40 people had also decided to stay there on the same night which meant it was a little noisy but we appreciate that this was not the fault of the tour company or the accommodation. When the large group left the accommodation it was a very peaceful place and we were grateful that we were allowed to keep our room for the duration of the next day until the car came to take us to Ninh Binh (Nha Trang). The staff and food at La Maison du Buoc were both good. We appreciated the swimming pool they had as it was very hot and we also enjoyed the trek around the village that the guide took us on the next morning. When we arrived in Ninh Binh we were a little disappointed that the large tour group were again at the second hotel, Ninh Binh Retreat, but we were pleased with our air conditioned villa which was of a high standard and was very comfortable. We had some free time in the evening after dinner so we took a short walk to some of the bars further down the road. This was a nice spot to relax and have a drink next to the river but the hotel itself was in a quiet spot away from the bars and also had good views. The hotel service and food at Ninh Binh Retreat were also of a good standard. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and lunch we had there. On the morning of the third day our guide took us cycling to Nha Trang where we enjoyed a 3 hour boat ride. He ensured we were taken on the best route (there are 3 routes and apparently route 1 is the best) and waited for us until we returned. The boat ride was amazing - we were taken through a number of caves and there were brief stops on the boat ride. We were happy to tip the rower because she was very good although there was no pressure to do this at Nha Trang. Then after lunch our guide gave us a tour around Hoa Lu, the Ancient Capital which was very interesting and informative. We cycled back to the hotel where we received a refreshing complimentary drink and the use of our air conditioned room until the bus came to take us back to Hanoi. This transfer involved a car, bus and then taxi to our hotel but our guide stayed with us until we were safely in our hotel at Hanoi. Overall this was a very enjoyable tour and we thought it was excellent value since two out of three days we were on a private tour. We were also impressed with Daisy at the office of BC Family Tours who was very friendly and professional both in person and over email. She always replied to our messages and was helpful in her replies. BC Family Tours also helped us book some transfers in other parts of Vietnam when we were not able to arrange directly through our accommodation. BC Family Tours provide an excellent service and are reliable and I would recommend them to anyone travelling in Vietnam.

Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we had a wonderful trip. Our tourguide Peter was very entertaining and helpful. One of the highlights was titop island and kayaking. The rooms on the boat were very comfortable. Drinks on the boat not included and quite expensive. The food on the boat was a lot but of average quality. The pick up and drop off was perfect. On our way back we had to go directly to the airport. They dropped us off before Hanoi and our tourguide Peter helped us organise a cheap taxi (8€).

We had a great time with out guide, Thien (Thomas). The morning started out with buying some of the ingredients from the local market. That in itself was an experience my two teenagers won't be forgetting soon.

Thien also did a great job introducing us to various noteworthy landmarks, and most importantly, gave us a great perspective on how the people of Hanoi go about their day.

Then we got to the main event - getting to the cooking classroom.

That was a lot of fun - I'm the cook in the family so it was eye-opening layering on the various seasoning techniques used in Vietnamese cuisine - especially the preparation of the dipping sauce for Bùn (similar to Phò, but round instead of flat). The making of the various spring rolls was also a treat - that both my teenagers were so engaged is a testament to the quality of the experience.

Highly recommended.
