This Spa was a great place to visit, they have such friendly staff, we were greeted by Giang in reception who is just a lovely person, so willing to listen and gives great advice on many different subjects, was a very warm person as well, was a pleasure to meet and deal with. We had a few massages on our trip, we were seen by Yen and Tam who were also very kind natured people and excellent masseurs. Located right next the hotel, it took 5 minutes from our hotel room to the Spa reception. Top level service with genuinely kind, warm people, great value as well, thanks.

The team at Essencia Spa & Massage did a wonderful job! We had massages the first day and couldn't stop coming back after. We came back every day after on our trip and also got a facial. This was the best part of the trip and helped us feel relaxed for the remainder of the trip.

We are two ladies who love spa and massages. Everyday in hanoi, we visited a different massage place. We tried massage at a few different places including those highly recommended ones from TripAdvisor. Essencia spa is one of the best with dedicated staffs. We took the 4 hr package (1 for 1 from 1pm to 5pm). The most amazing part is the dedication from the staffs who put their heart and soul to do massage. There is even a separate staff who specially deliver the hot herbal compress to the therapist. The package is amazing and really value for money. It comes with a complete face to toe package. Facial, body scrub, body wrap, flower bath, massage ginger foot with hot herbal compress and foot bath (generous amount of freshly chopped ginger and aroma oil added in the foot bath). It is definitely one spa worth going for when you are in hanoi. Remember to book yr appointment in advance :). The couple room is nice and private compared to many massage center we visited in hanoi. We feel totally relax after the massage.

it is one of the best spa experience I ever had. I always go for a massage whenever I travel. Hanoi is one place I would want to come back whenever I need a break.

This spa located at essence palace hotel which we stayed there. The hotel is also one place whereby the staffs delivers exemplary service including the bell boy who always puts on a smile. They totally bring warmth to their guests with special mention of mike (even checking in on is when we girls did our massive shopping)
