I had the perfect end to a wonderful day today experiencing a head, neck and shoulder massage at Essencia Spa. The staff were so friendly and personable that I felt more relaxed just upon entering Essencia Spa. The massage was both invigorating and relaxing and the staff were just so beautiful and caring. I highly recommend Essencia Spa if you’re looking for a professional massage which will leave you feeling both energised and relaxed once it’s over. Thanks Hoy for making me feel so relaxed on my holiday!

A great addition to a lovely hotel. Hanoi is magic but after a long day of walking, sights and sounds the best thing was to have a long deep massage. Really good set up and super friendly staff.

I never usually fall asleep when having a massage but what with the jet lag, soothing music and the soft but firm touch of my massage therapist, I was in total bliss. I had a full body massage and a facial, Will definitely be back for more.

We had 3 treatments in 3 days. That is a story on its own. This spa comes highly recommended.
Giang means River. Giang is also the wonderful lady at the Spa reception. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She gave us the most awesome lessons in Viet culture and she guides us to all the good places to get bargains.

Been staying at the Essence Palace hotel for a number of years and now have even another reason to stay, their wonderful spa. I fact it was so good that I visited all 3 days during my stay. I had fantastic massages from both Ms Hoi and Ms Tam. I learned later that they have 10+ years experience and that certainly showed. I don’t think I have ever had a better massage anywhere in the world. So make an appointment and you won’t be sorry, you will be glad you did.
