Having already done another cooking course in Vietnam and not loving it, we booked in with high hopes, and they were more than met!
Antony took us to the markets where we purchased all the good for our class, and tried different street foods too (some of which were amazing, others more adventurous than delicious)!
He was a great teacher, and included some basic knife skills and other tips and tricks outside of what we were cooking.
We were the only two in the class, so had personal attention the whole time, and it was great to be able pick which dishes we wanted to make!
Couldn't recommend it more highly, thanks for a great lesson, I've already been practicing at home :-)
