We really enjoyed this tour and the tour guide, Jenni was excellent. We were picked up promptly on time and taken to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, with information given on the journey there, we already knew a few facts on arrival, the rest Jenni told us about as we went round the site, unfortunatly it was Monday and the Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. From here we went to a temple, I can't remember the name of, but his was very intresting and is well worth a visit, we then went to the 'Hanoi Hilton', the prison in the centre of Hanoi that was used for political prisoners and US soldiers during the Vietnam war. From here Jenni took us for a egg coffee which is a must try and I rarely drink coffee.

We had a great time with Jenni and I highly reccommend this tour if you're short on time, like we were, you will get to see a lot more than I've mentioned and the information given by Jenni made it even more special. Thank you Jenni for making this a great tour for us.

Alex did a great private street tour in the old quarter of Hanoi for our family of 7. He took us in and out of the real Hanoi food finds, that only a local would know. It was SO interesting, informative and TASTY. Perfect way to get introduced to the food of Vietnam in the north. He was also a really nice young guy who gave us a window into life in Vietnam and growing up there. Kudo’s Alex

This tour is well worth it if you’re interested in seeing new things and trying new foods in Hanoi. Bun Cha was excellent, so much so that we returned the following day on our own for lunch.
Our English speaking guide took us into places we had walked past previously or never dared - especially the dimly lit coffee room for our 1st Egg Coffee. What a delight!
If you’re researching walking food tours in Hanoi, this one is well worth it.

We had a really good time on this trip. The shuttle bus picked us up from our hotel and took the fast highway to get to the boat. The boat was really nice and clean. We were a small group (25 people) and everyone was very calm and respectful. The guide is very friendly and speaks good english. We visited a cave, had a big lunch, went kayaking, swimming, relaxed on the deck, then had a quick cooking class. Lan Ha bay is beautiful and not very busy so it's really worth it to go there. Also, we had a really good price with Crossing tours and I will use them for everything I need in Hanoi. I highly recommand them!
