Owner description: This repository of Vietnam's military history includes rooms full of war propganda, photographs and documents from wars against China, France, and the United States. The grounds feature several captured aircraft as well as a central structure build from the wreckage of French and American planes. Visitors may climb the flag tower, with great views from the top.

Give yourself plenty of time to discover the Chinese and Mongol invaders, French, Khmer Rouge and American wars. Three interesting floors - some of the photograph labelling might make American visitors feel uncomfortable, as would some of the photographs. Outside displays of military equipment are sure to appeal to lovers of modern military history.

We went to the museum to learn something about the vietnam wars, of which we know very little. There were a lot of items and photographs from several battles, but no basic info about those battles. Without this context, it was all quite meaningless for us. So I can't say we learnt anything. The outside display of planes and tanks was impressive though.

It was ok... Not too expensive.
The English translation at times was very poor and it doesn't really teach u about the war. It felt more like Vietnam showing off with random items. But it wasted a little time and some of it is pretty cool, like the planes and chinook they have out the back!
