This is a such a cool concept for a museum. It was fascinating learning about women in Vietnam - their history and culture and in particular their contribution during the various wars and battles. Lots of information and exhibits. I wish we had something like this back home!

I can see why the women's museum has one countless awards from Trip Advisor. The exhibitions were educational and colourful. The information regarding Vietnamese family life was informative and assisted us in understanding how difficult it can be for mothers to leave their families in rural Vietnam and move to the city to sell street items for money in order for their children to be able to attend school. The costumes were beautiful.
I would most definitely recommend taking the time to visit this little gem.

A fascinating insight into the lives of women in Vietnam- allow at least 1 -2 hours to have a look at this informative and extensive museum which goes over four floors. I now have a better understanding of what it is like for women in this country.

Woman life there differs from ours. Beautiful clothes, brave young ladies who started revolutionary activity in age 9 or 11, and were executed in age of 18th

It's not the best museum I've ever been to but at $1.20 and an hour of your time it's worth a look to understand and appreciate how tough Vietnamese women's lives were and still are.
Lots of pictures and costumes of the tribes as well as a section on women in the war.
Worth a visit if you have time and like that sort of thing.
