To be honest I became a little bored with the top floor which displays all the different costumes worn by the 54 ethnic minorities of Vietnam. That's not to say it wasn't interesting but it was just too much. We went down to the next floor not expecting too much and were absolutely blown away by the exhibition of the Vietnamese women's contributions during what they (rightly) call The American War. Amazing personal histories of wonderfully brave, stalwart women. Just DO NOT miss it.

Great place to see some real history, especially if you like textiles.
Spend some quality time there.

Unlike many other museums seen so far on the trip, this one has been very well planned and set out, and has many interesting exhibits. Once again, for some spare change, and time-permitting (we spent an hour or so here), it would be foolish to not get along here.

Wasn't blown away but interesting enough. Hardly anybody there as well.

What a fascinating museum about the lives of Vietnamese women! Especially the part about the role they played during the war. Fun exhibit on the Mother Goddess Worship. Fun and informative.
