Stayed mar '14.
Great hotel in the old quarter, just a few doors away from sister hotel Elegance Diamond hotel.
It's a quaint boutique hotel with few facilities but great service and very reasonably priced.
We stayed in the penthouse for a few nights and it was more than adequate.
Definitely recommended if you are mainly looking for a nice place to sleep after spending most of the day out and about in the city.
Our room was nicely furnished, extremely spacious with a nice view of the city. More than adequate for a family of 4.
Breakfast is nice in the hotel's only cafe. That was the only meal we ate in the hotel.
Minibar is also free in the penthouse which is a nice touch.
Minor inconveniences include the fact that the elevator does not stop on the last 2 floors, so you do have to climb a few stairs if you stay on the higher floors (not a big problem as you probably want to walk off all the calories from the amazing vietnamese food anyway). The heated water also does tend to alternate every few seconds with colder water which other reviewers did highlight previously but I found it strangely therapeutic after getting used to it.
