We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon, the 'suite' wasn't great but there was a nice friendly welcome + good airport pickup service.
The staffs friendliness was over the top in our opinions, take it down a few notches and it will be lots more credible!
Like any hotel they will try to book you tickets, tours etc., while it's better (in my opinion) to do this yourself, so you have a choice. The prices they offer aren't even that bad (I've seen far worse) but for example it's still about $10 cheaper per trainticket if you just get your them at the trainstation (for the exact same level of comfort).
The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and are serviced every day. There was a fair amount of noise going on during the night which kept us awake at times. Aircon works well. WIFI has good coverage.
Bummer we came back from a long sweaty journey, having booked our final night with them 2 weeks in advance, and we were told there's no room left for us (?!) They let another couple stay for an extra night, while we were shuffled off to another place with some lame excuse that this was an "even better place to stay, and that is was much better value, almost 3 stars", etc. Shouldn't have bothered lying about this, just admit their mistake, because while the other place was quite okay it was just a simple ho(s)tel, at the exact same price.
So that was a bit of a bad ending to an otherwise okay experience. They should've told the other people to go elsewhere.
