“Interesting”
Reviewed October 7, 2013

Visited this after walking past the mausoleum. Unfortunately this was closed but the residence was interesting. Not a lot to see but the grounds are beautiful and the cars interesting.

“Home of a humble man”
Reviewed October 6, 2013

It was interesting to see how Ho Chi Minh shunned living in the Presidential Palace, preferring to live in the more modest servant's quarters, at first, until finally having a small 4 room house built as his home. The location is stunning, being right on a lake in the gardens of the Presidential Palace. Well worth the visit!

Its pretty basic really... everything is behind glass, but the grounds are beautifully manicured and the ponds are beautiful.

“Too Bad Congress doesn't copy this lifestyle”
Reviewed October 4, 2013

This place is well worth the trip. The grounds are graceful and lovely, and the home spare yet elegant in its simplicity. It was very impressive and gave a real sense of a patriot who dedicated his life to his nation's independence, and worked for others and clearly not himself.
