“Take the picture and make your way elsewhere”

Make sure that you get there at the right time of day or you will miss the viewing. Also get yourself a disposable rain jacket because it is cold and wet in early January.

“Historically important but quite ugly”
Reviewed January 7, 2012

Unless you intend to visit his house too, and look at the palace next door, would not be worth the detour.

“Very well done”

Was ery interesting to see how Ho Chi Minh lived when he could have lived in an elaborate home. he seemed to be a man of the people.

“Not a must visit”
Reviewed January 6, 2012

It was not closed as mentioned in many guidebooks. Security is very tight and quite a hassle as you are not allowed to bring in anything and have to deposit your belongings at a counter.

“Very Solemn”
Reviewed January 5, 2012

We only manage to look at the outside of the building, but lucky enough to walk through the lovely gardens(apparently rarely opens to the public). If you are a fanatic of bonsai, there are a number of excellent specimens here.
