Situated in the old quarter oozes charm and is well appointed, albeit an older hotel. Rooms were spacious.
Walking distance to most of Hanoi’s old district attractions.
Trainee staff at check in need more supervision from permanent staff.
Executive lounge needs to expand to accommodate the increasing number of HHonors members looking to use these services. It was crowded everyday and there is a fair amount of waiting to get a table during the busy evening periods. We experienced it once ourselves, and saw multiple members being turned away when we were in the lounge.More
