It is a really nice trial for my early lunch on Saturday.
I was the earliest customer of the day in the restaurant I guess :)
I went for their promotion of the set menu. I was about to order a la cart dishes as the set menu is only available on week days, but I was lucky that the manager offered me the set. It might be because I looked pretty and nice ... Hihi, J/K. They must guess that I was from far away, and they would like to please me with their nice offer.
The foods were fantastic. They looked exactly like pictures on their facebook (that tempted me to make the decision to go here rather than other places).
The soup was really good. It's creamy and seasoned well.
NZ Sirlon was cooked perfectly to the medium. I just wonder how much I would work hard to get to that standard by myself. The mushrooms in the dish had smoky smell for me which was not my taste. But it's nice to experience it in a way.
The opera cake was small enough to finish my meal in a pleasant way.
The staff were so attentive. They checked me out every while to make sure I was fine with everything. They showed me the hidden plug for charging my phone, and even offered me the charging cable as mine was broken. I felt so comfortable under their caring.
It's also another plus point which was about the music. Good music in a nice sound level. I recognized some of my favorites that enjoyed me a lot in the time I've been here.
Thanks for the recommendation in the foodie. It makes my business trip this time more colorful. — feeling satisfied at Jackson's Steakhouse.
