Pros—good location (10 min walk to Old Quarter), decent breakfast (western and Vietnamese options), new/clean rooms

Cons—windows don’t close all the way, so noise is an issue late and in the morning, bathroom setup with the room is a bit odd—you can see pretty much everything going on in the bathroom, so if you’re a couple, it’s not a problem, the air conditioners weren’t great (one room it didn’t work at all; after about an hour of convincing the staff this, they did move us to a different room though so that was nice)

I stayed here a total of 5 nights in March and April of 2018.

Pros:

Great central location, excellent value. Beds are comfortable and most of the staff is very nice. Pick a room on the second floor, quieter.

Cons:

Because the hotel is so central, it gets pretty loud starting at 6 am until about 11:30 pm. Ironically, because the windows don't fully close, the rooms at floors 3-5 are very noisy. The rooms on the second floor don't have any windows so they're quieter.

I did notice some mosquitos in the bathroom, and one of the three rooms I stayed in had a bathroom that smelled bad because the odour backflow valve was likely broken.

Book on their website, not through a third party and airport pick-up is included if you stay more that two nights (essentially half the cost of a night at the hotel).

We are 11 days into a 14 day stay here, the rooms are modest but you don't come to Hanoi to swing cats in a hotel room.
The staff have been faultless, the room is spotlessly cleaned each day, the breakfast is also modest but we have found it to be a perfect light starter for each day.
The wi-fi has been dodgy since we checked in but given you can get an 8gb sim for $18 we haven't needed it for much.
The location is great within the Old Quarter, very handy to all the eats, markets and local attractions, and we have walked the city from here, today we lapped West Lake.
Highly recommend!!

I stayed for 3 nights, they never cleaned the room once during my stay. Service was really bad, breakfast was non-existent. They tried to charge me for minibar drinks I never had. But worst of all was the smells. The hallways smelled like smoke, the room smelled like sewage, and the sheets and towels smelled way too strong of fabric softener. I would never Recommend this hotel to anyone. They only get two stars because of the location.

We stayed here the last week of November 2017. The place is very clean and well run. The free breakfast is adequate. The folks that work here are very helpful and go out of their way to help with any requests. The room was a good size and the toilets were clean. The TV in the room had a lot of good channels too. The hotel is walking distance to everything that is happening in Hanoi. We had a very good time here.
