Tim and other staff over-extended themselves to us during our one night stay. Having lived and traveled in Asia for quite some time, I was really taken aback by how great they were. For one thing, everyone seemed to know our names at the hotel, greeting us every time they saw us. Did I mention we only stayed there one night?!

Room was small, but very clean and modern. We had a night train the next day, so we took a couple of tours. The hotel was kind enough to offer us a shower before we left for the train (we didn't even have to ask).

We have stayed at thís hotel both times we have been to Hanoi, The staff hểre are great and will go out òf the way to help you. It is our honeymoon and Tim the great manager bought ús a cake to say good bye. He also gave ús a great deal on a Ha Long bay trip and we paid much less than every one else on the boat. The rốoms are very clean and well kept and have all the mod cons that you need. The breakfast ís amazing and hás a great choice and you can order as many times as you like. All the staff were helpful and friendly even when we arrived at 4.30am after a very long night train. we would highly recommended this hotel for any stay in Hanoi.

Very affordable hotel with extremly service minded staff. They will help you out in any situation, always with a smile on their face. The hotel is quite small so you get a home-like feeling. I really recommend this one.

Thanks to Tim and Mai and the receptionist working at night shift (sorry forgot your name)! Thanks for the instant noodles when we were in a hurry but couldn't buy any food to eat. Thanks for the arrangement. Smooth and always responsive to our needs.

Thanks again! Will highly recommend this hotel to others.

Clean, excellent value for money and the best service I've encountered in this price range. Nice breakfast, working Wifi, ok location and did I mention the excellent staff? If I ever return to Hanoi this is where I'll stay.

Having just stayed for two nights at the hotel I would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the old quarter of Hanoi The room was modern, super clean, with big tv, free wifi and great shower and free breakfast in the morning. The staff were super friendly and made me feel really welcome and at home.

As the title suggests, the location is good. It's within the old town so there are many places to eat and drink nearby.

The room we stayed in was quite small with a tiny window, but well appointed and clean. The bathroom was modern and the shower hot and powerful.

Wifi worked well.

The hotel has a lift.

Breakfast was ok, and was a choice of omelette or fried eggs, or bread with jam/butter/cheese. There was also tea and coffee, water, a sugary fruit juice and two-three types of fruit available. I think the tea and coffee was available all day.

The staff were friendly but at times were over eager to please and involve other guests in conversation with each other. I felt mean for being a bit annoyed by this as they were only trying to be nice, but sometimes you just want to go to bed, leave the building or eat breakfast in peace.
