We went here a couple of times whilst visiting Hanoi.

It's a nice little place to go for lunch.

The salads are made fresh and are very tasty.

Go for the green (unripe) mango salad, it's superb.

The food is extremely tasty and not expensive. The mall itself is overpriced but is good is have tasty food after shopping. The Red curry is crazy hot but food is good nonetheles. Busy resturant so prepare to talk a bit louder. The waiters are patient but the English not so good so ask for manager. His English is good. Was a good visit. Well priced

After spending a week in Hanoi and eating Vietnamese food every day we stopped at Thai Express for lunch. Of the two primary dishes ordered one was not even close to its Thai origin (Chicken with Basil) and we did not finish it. The Som Tom Thai was not bad. As an expat living in Bangkok I eat Thai food every day so I am picky when it comes to what is claimed to be Thai food. Price was reasonable given the location and the staff was efficient given it was a very busy lunch time. When in Hanoi enjoy Vietnamese food.

Quick lunch:
Rad Na Tom Yum (Shrimp, seafood, noodles, lemongrass, vegetables) VND 146,000
Lime juice VND 34,000
Total VND 206,000

Food was not the best in town, but was flavorful and fresh. The lime juice was good but a bit sweeter than I would have liked it Service was great. Free Wi-Fi, Relaxed atmosphere if it's not too crowded. Nobody rushing you to leave. Clearly not inexpensive, but convenient for the area if you don't want to go looking for "OK" Thai food and have limited time.
