I went here on a Monday night. I ordered a veggie roti and a honey pineapple smoothie.
While not spectacular, it was more than passable, with a cute little garden upstairs. Smoking is permitted, which may be a boon to some (though not to me). They had two vegetarian choices, and the rest was meat (chicken, beef, etc.).
Service was pleasant enough and the place feels like a western coffee shop that one might find in california. It is definitely pricey by Vietnamese standards, but that means, still, not at all by American standards. The smoothie and the sandwich were 165,000 dong, or around 8.00 USA. You can eat more cheaply, but for a clean place that is quiet and serving vegetarian choices, not far from the mark here.
