Discovered Cafe by chance after my massage at Yakushi Center; just opposite road at around the corner from Sheraton. The choices of bread - must say really extensive, pastries & cakes are cheap for the deliciousness. Pineapple cake, yummy, & ice-cream sandwich only at VND 20,000 & 35,000. A pain au chocolat at VND 25,000! Coffee, must I say more...

Its has a bistro as well full dining menus quite standard priced. Have lunch on another visit... A warm goat cheese salad & ravioli ricotta cheese at VND155,000 & 145,000. Nevertheless, good food.

I was recommended to visit St Honore's by the friendly staff of Dong's Travel, 34 Tho Xuong Street, Hanoi as one of the best places in Hanoi for excellent pastries and they were right, the danishes and other goodies were delicious.

Located right in the Xuan dieu street, offering a good variety of pastries and breads, good cuisine and clean with a very friendly staff, as all the Vietnamese people :)

This place was very surprising to me personally. It is on Xuan Dieu street and from outside you can see that it is a interesting place with a big window filled with amazing looking breads, cakes and tarts.

When you come inside it looks nicely decorated in a french coffee shop kind of style( even though i have never been to one before this is what i would imagine it would look like) it even has a book shelf with a few books to borrow.

I have been here many times now and every time it was so good the food that is.

The waiters and waitresses are friendly but not always very fast that is about the only thing i would say they could improve really.

The fresh mint tea with honey infusion is something really special i have never tasted anything like it before.

The breads, cakes and tarts are the best i have had in Vietnam so far, they even have home made chocolates and sell a assortment of cheeses, hams and wines.

They are also the only place i have found to thus far have Savana( a South African cider) in Vietnam.

I really recommend this place its easy to find the food is amazing and they have a small reminder of home( if you are a South African that is)
