A truly local multi-story coffee shop hang-out. No air-conditioning, rickety stairs, dipilated furniture. But comes with latest cable TV on LCD TV, and super-fast free Wi-Fi.
This place is just around the corner from my office in Hanoi, and I never visited until a local buddy dragged me down there.
It sells coffee, tea, cakes, snacks, and freshly in-house roasted coffee beans. The most famous being the civet coffee or weasel Coffee" Also known locally as "cà phê Chồn." Went up to the 2nd floor and ordered 2 cups (as the servings are very small), one hot and one cold. What a fantastic blend and caffein hit. I instantly went to the front of the shop and bought a kilo of the weasel beans for VND1m (about USD50). Wished I had discovered this place a year ago. The price per kilo was only VDN500k.
Excellent place for great coffee (freshly roasted and freshly ground and freshly brewed). Also a great place to sit and take in the local scene, just like the locals.
