Been there last Friday when they have just reopened.
About the food: good, I love the grill lamb with red wine sauces. Oyster baked with cheeses a little bit salty. Salmon is good.
Service: seriously need to be improved. The staffs are very helpful but they lack of skills for fine dining services. They did not recall all dishes I booked before make it (so strange, coz when I have food at street, the waiter still know that before make food, they recall once again all the food I request). When I was in the middle of meal, I asked to change my dish (cos that full of oyster shell and lamb bone), the waiter removed my dish without giving another one. It did not make scene that he misunderstood me coz I am in the middle of meal. The ways each staff put spoon, knife on the table are different with each other (so funny, it likes they were trained by different trainers). When we move to the chill out area with lounge, we expected that this area must be more quite. But the fact that it is noisy as much as the outside area (dancing space). Difficult to chat with friend. They have a lot of waiters, too much I think, but it does not mean that you can be served very well.
For the new decoration, the area for fine dining is not good, the wooden wall between glass destroy the fine decoration, reduce the high end felling and does not match with the ceiling. The TV screen normally must be attached on the back of the bar area for pp who sitting around the bar can enjoy but in fact, it was hang on the wall opposite the bar. So if you wanna watch the TV, you give bar tender your back . The TV post fashion program all the time. I expect more sport prog. The uniform of waitress is so ugly in pink with strange style and cheap looking clothes.
