The raising Dragon Palace is an absolutely stunning hotel. The rooms are large and modern. Beds are of fine quality as is all fittings, fixtures and bathroom. The staff are very professional and always at the ready to assist. Included with your accommodation is delicious breakfast. A laptop computer is also provided in your room and internet service is provided free. Another nice welcome touch is the delicious bowl of fruit that is delivered to your room on arrival.

Raising Dragon Palace you have our gold star award!

Thank you, Joe and Francine, Melbourne Australia

First,we made a reservation at rising dragon hotel through online unfortunately when i arrived the hotel was full so they transfer me to Rising Dragon Palace without charging me any extra money.i would never expect such a modern, clean, comfort and nice shower room with the value of money that i paid for rising dragon palace, eventually,i end up with a big smile with all the facilities that they offered. No doubts, worth the money and the friendly staffs that i met...i would like to say a big thank you to the staffs showing and guiding me around hanoi for my trip there..

We originally stayed at the Hanoi Phoenix for our first night in Hanoi but it was to noisy very early at 5 am and many stairs. To their credit, the management transferred us to the Rising Dragon and we had 2 fabulous clean modern rooms connected for our two kids aged 7 and 14.
The staff are incredibly helpful, subtle not pushy at all. The manager helped us book a Sapa homestay and trips to Halong Bay at a very reasonable price.
The hotel is in a quiet street and has laptops in each room. The price is extremely affordable and the service is more like a 4 or 5 star hotel.
After each of our tours the hotel had the same rooms for on our arrival.
I cannot say enough great things about this new and charming little hotel in Hanoi.

The staff were friendly and courteous.
The rooms were spacious, though I personally do not like the design of the washroom and shower.
Daily breakfasts were good.
