We walked in off the streets at 9pm after searching Hanoi for last minute accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to provide us with a clean and tidy room at a good price ($25 per night). The staff were the best part of this hotel, very friendly and willing to help us out any way they could. The location is also great, just around the corner from the lake and night markets.

i Stay in this hotel on 28-29 nov / 30 nov - 1 Dec.

The room is clean and tidy.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

More importantly its strategic location in the old quarters, save you a lot of energy to walk to the lake, water puppet show and the night market (which is available on friday - sunday).

I was registered at a different hotel, but they did not have an elevator (lift). My taxi driver suggested this hotel. Rooms were clean. But then I met the staff one by one. They all looked very young and not that experienced. To my surprise, I found them very polite, helpful and gentle in service. That made my stay in the hotel very pleasent. Communication in English was not that difficult at all. They were very attentive at the breakfast time too. the location is fantastic. I found many interesting things in walking distance.

We came to Hanoi at the end of October and stayed in another hotel for a few nights. This hotel was very good but $70+ We walked around and a few hotels let us look at the rooms and we decided on Victory Hotel. The rooms are half the price and very clean and modern. The Manager Kim speaks very good English and has a good sense of humour :) The staff are always very helpful and happy. Victory hotel has a great location, just down the street to Hoan Kiem Lake and many great eating places.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel for 3 nights. It was a quiet and relaxed place to return after exploring the busy streets of Hanoi. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were lovely and very genuine, really going out of their way to ensure your stay was fantastic. They were also very helpful when suggesting places to eat and visit. The location is great on a quiet street in old quater near by shops, cafes, and restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone.
